company and meet founder, Chad Thomas.
ALLSTATE ROOFING HISTORY
Allstate Roofing Inc is a locally family owned and operated roofing company in Arizona. The
company was started by Chad and Kathy Thomas in 2001. Allstate Roofing is a Residential and
Commercial Re-Roofing company. We hold a (K-42) License with the State of Arizona and
specialize in residential and commercial Re-Roofing. They believe they are able to provide a
better service to homeowners and small businesses by staying focused on what they are best at.
From the small businesses to homeowners they believe there is an honest way to provide a
quality service at an affordable price. Allstate Roofing is a roofing company you can trust.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Chad Thomas was born and raised in Arizona since 1972. He started in the roofing industry at an
early age of 15, through his father who was also a native of Arizona and one of the first roofing
license holders in the state. Needless to say, roofing is in his blood. Chad has been employed by
a few different Phoenix roofing contractors since starting his own roofing company.
He started by working for his father’s residential roofing company in 1988 while still going to
school. Shortly after high school he was employed at one of the largest commercial roofing
companies in the valley. His job title was production manager where he was in charge of all day
to day operations.
In 1998 he went to work for another commercial roofing company to expand his knowledge and
gain more experience in the commercial roofing industry.
In 2001 Chad decided to get his own residential and commercial roofing contracting license to
eventually be able to start his own Phoenix roofing company. Once Chad was able to earn
enough money to eventually start his own company he needed to find another job. He took a
job at one of the largest roofing companies in Arizona in 2002 where he started out as a working
foreman and eventually worked his way to becoming the GM of all of operations.
Chad’s knowledge and skills in the roofing industry are paramount, which is why Allstate Roofing
can proudly say they are the best in the business. There is no job too large or small for Allstate
Roofing. They treat each and every client as if they are their only client. They pay attention to
detail which ultimately gets the job done right the first time!
