The Tile Roofing Institute will begin the day with a review and overview of the FRSA/TRI High Wind Tile Installation Manual, Revised 5th Edition. For those previously certified this is an opportunity to renew your TRI High Wind Manual Certification.

Next will be a presentation and certification training from single component adhesive manufacturers, Tile Bond Foam Adhesive and Polyset RTA-1. Following that will be a brief overview of Polyset AH-160 two-component adhesive systems.

We’ll use small mockups for the certifications sessions so it will be a great opportunity to learn proper techniques for a variety of details with manufacturer representatives from the tile and adhesive companies on-site to answer questions.

CE Credits – Attendees can earn 2 General CE Credits. In order to receive the credit you must include your Florida License number when you register.

Certification Renewal

If you were certified or re-certified within the last 3 years (after the 5th Edition manual was initially released) you can attend this class and take the 15 question renewal test while there. Your TRI Certification will be extended another 2 years. The renewal fee is $99.00.
