The Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA) works to protect and improve the roofing industry as well as ensure our members’ success. Jennifer George manages this effort, and with the support of contractors and manufacturers, ARCA engages the AZ Registrar of Contractors, AZ State Legislature, other state and federal agencies. ARCA has developed and instituted an education curriculum that benefits a new person just entering the industry along with anyone already in the industry no matter the experience. Jennifer will share other ways ARCA has been supporting  members during this challenging time

About Jerry Brown
Jerry Brown oversees the ARCA training program. Coming from a family with multiple generations in the roofing industry, Jerry switched gears about 20 years ago and started WRECORP to support architects and designers with his decades of experience. Contractors and installers can benefit from his knowledge as an installer, contractor and now 20 year roof consultant in the ARCA Academy training. Jerry will provide some insight on the training he provides at ARCA classes, and give some specific examples of “Arizona centric” challenges (and solutions) for the tile roof installer in the Arizona climate.
