How to Renew your TRI Certification
Renew your TRI Certification to continue receiving the benefits of the program. Benefits include being listed on the TRI website used for referrals which has had over 8,000 referral hits in just the last eight months.
TRI’s certification designations are valid for two years. After two years, an online test will be provided to update and renew your certification.

Here is how to Renew: Easy as 1-2-3
Just renew online at TRI Online Learning Center. Below you will find login instructions for you to start your training today. Should you have any questions, please contact us at training@tileroofing.org.
1. Login
Go to https://secure.companycollege.com/tri
Enter your current username and password below.
*Note: Your username should be the email address you reported at the time you took the course. You can
then change your password if needed.
2. Sign up for a Course
Once inside the system, click “My Catalog” and chose the course(s) that you would like to take. Add those courses to your cart and continue on to Check Out. You'll be asked to purchase your course with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
*Note: Be sure to choose the Installer Renewal Course to remain listed on the TRI website.
3. Take a Course
Once you have purchased your course, go to "My Resources" to access your course. You do not have to complete any course in one sitting. You may save your work and continue it at a later date.

*Go to "My Reports" to run reports on your learning activity or to “My Profile” to update your password.

Note to 2006 – 2007 Certified Installers: TRI launched the Installer Certification Program in April of 2006 as a two day exhaustive training of tile roofing systems and installation code based practices. Certification is good for two years so the first classes will be up for certification starting in April of 2008.
The program is now divided into to two certification levels so the original certified installers who went through the two day program in 2006 and 2007 will be designated with both certifications once they renew and are tested and trained on the information that was added to the Specialist designation.
